Order Processing, Payments, Shipping & Returns

Q- Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No. If you would like to create an account you will have access to view your order and shipping updates. You will also be added to our email list so that you can receive special offers, deals, giveaways, updates and more.

Q- I placed my order today when will I receive it?

All orders are processed and shipped within the same day if placed by 12pm EST excluding major sales. Any order that is placed after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day excluding major SALES. During Major Sales and Promotions, processing time for bundles may take up to 21 business days for orders to process. Processing times for lace wigs can take up to 20 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.

Q- Am I able to cancel my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately you will not be allowed to cancel you order once placed. Order processing begins as soon as the order is placed. As a result, we are not allowed to refund, cancel, or modify your order. This includes changes to address and shipment method. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.

Q- Do you offer Refunds?

No all sales are final. We can assure you that the items you have ordered have gone through intensive quality check before shipping to you. Remember to select the correct texture, color, and length(s) you desire to have.

Q- Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges. Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair. If, you received the wrong item(s) contact customer within 24 hours. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order.

Q- Does Only Raw Beauty offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Please choose your shipping method at checkout.

All order requires a signature delivery.

Q- Can I order online and pick up in person?

No. All order placed online will be shipped.

Q-How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive your tracking number/ and order confirmation via the email address used at checkout.

Q-My order was stolen how do I get a refund?

Only Raw Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to inquire about a refund. The customer must contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for a potential refund.

Q-Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?

Hair & Maintenance

Q-What is Raw Hair? Is there a difference between Raw and Virgin Hair?

Raw hair is considered to be the most pure hair on the market. Raw hair is 100% human hair and is unprocessed. Each bundles is collected from a single donor located in the temples of southern India. Each bundle of raw hair will differ in color and texture therefore no two bundles will ever be exactly the same. However they will look similar and still be able to give a seamless finish once installed. Raw hair comes in three textures straight, wavy, and curly. Raw hair has not undergone any chemical processing to achieve its curl/wave pattern. As a result the curl or wave pattern that you will receive will be in the natural state. Please keep in mind when ordering wavy or curly textures that the longer the hair is in length the loser the wave/curl pattern will be which is perfectly normal. If you want a tighter wave/curl pattern we suggest ordering lengths shorter than 24 inches.

The main difference between Raw and Virgin hair is that raw hair has not been chemically processed or altered in any way. Unlike with Virgin hair it has been chemically processed in order to achieve the luster, texture/and or color that you often see. Raw hair is the highest quality of hair simply because it’s coming directly from a humans head.

Q-How long will my hair last?

The best thing about raw hair is that it gets better with every wash. If you treat and take care of this hair properly you will receive the longest life span of this hair which is about 4-5 years! You’ll ultimately save more and spend less money in the long run when you purchase raw hair due to its longevity

Q- Is it fine to wash, color, bleach, or apply heat tools?

Of course! Feel free to wash this hair. It is a requirement that this hair be washed periodically. Please consult with a professional stylist when deciding to color or bleach this hair for the best results. This hair can be bleached to a level 8 blonde or higher. STYLE that hair sis but remember when applying heat use a heat protectant to avoid heat damage to the hair.

Q-How many bundles do I need?

Please see below the recommended quantities for our products.

If you are purchasing lengths between 14″ - 18″, you will need two-three bundles.

If you are purchasing lengths between 20″ - 24″, you will need three-four bundles.

If you are purchasing lengths between 26″ & UP, you will need four-five bundles.

If you desire installs/units that has lots of body and full please purchase an additional bundle. Also when purchasing a frontal/closure please still select the same amount of bundles you normally would.

Q-Will I experience any shedding or tangling?

All hair sheds. The hair on our hair shed every day. However you will NOT experience excessive because our wefts are double weft which will help to secure the hair on the weft.

Your hair will NOT matte up in the back or throughout your head. Please be sure to properly wash you bundles to avoid any tangling during washing.

Q- How do I maintain frizz? Will my curl pattern come back if I apply heat?

Raw hair reacts to the natural elements in the air such as rain, snow, humidity so at some point your will frizz. To tame the frizz we do suggest using an anti fizz serum.

Raw hair will revert back to its natural curl pattern once wet. Please be advised the more heat that is applied to the hair will cause the natural curl pattern to loosen as your hair would if constant heat was applied.

Q- Can I straighten my curly hair?

Yes. However we do NOT advise you to apply heat to curly hair as it will cause breakage and damage to the hair curl pattern. Curly hair is a lot more fragile and needs more tender love & care. If you want to apply heat to your extensions please purchase wavy or straight hair.

Q- How much does each bundle weight?

Each bundles weighs approximately 3.0-3.5 oz

Yes we do sell HD frontals and Closures

Q-How can I use my hair extensions?

Our hair has so much versatility our hair can be used for traditional sew in, micro links, made into clip in, constructed into U part wig, frontal/closure wig.

Q- How do I maintain my hair extensions?

Allow Us to give you a brief breakdown

Straight/Wavy hair should be washed/conditioned twice a month minimum depending on how much product build up you have.

At night please tie your hair up / and twist or braid it and place in a satin or silk bonnet.

Never GO TO SLEEP on WET HAIR.

In the morning depending on how your hair is styled comb/brush through hair from end to root. Apply any lightweight serums.

If wearing the wavy hair in its natural state feel free to damply wet the hair and apply a curling cream/ and or leave in conditioner to define those waves. (This can be done at night please braid or twist hair after)

CURLY Hair (disclaimer) Raw curly hair requires more maintenance then our other two textures we do not recommend this texture if you are just trying out RAW Hair or want a wake up and go texture!

Curly hair should be washed biweekly/ conditioned weekly. Do not skip this STEP Ladies.

Please allow curly hair to air dry or use a diffuser

At Night please comb through with a paddle brush from tip to root

Part the hair in four parts and thoroughly saturate the hair with mix of a leave in conditioner and water in a spray bottle and spray onto hair.

Define those curls. Remember to scrunch the hair in your hands in an upward motion from the tip and use a Denman / paddle brush to detangle and help get those ringlets to POP!

Please twist or Tie hair up into a pineapple shape using silk/satin bonnet.
