Shipping, Refunds, & Exchanges

Please allow up to 7 business days from the time your order is placed for your order to be processed. We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. There will be no option for rush orders.

Once your item has been processed your order will be shipped out via UPS and at that time the amount of time it takes for your order to be delivered will depend on what option you choose at checkout. 

All orders placed before 6:00am EST will ship out the same day excluding major sales. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.  All orders placed after 12:00pm EST will ship out within 24 hours excluding major SALES. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 21 business days for orders to process.  Processing times for ALL lace wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 30 business days. 

Only Raw Beauty is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays.
Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. Only Raw Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters. In the event your package has been lost/stolen you will be responsible for reaching out to the shipping carrier. TRACKING DETAILS

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

 

SIGNATURE DELIVERY

A signature is not required for our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays. If you need additional information, please email info@onlyrawbeauty.com

 

P.O BOX DETAILS

All orders submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled. All orders are required signature, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. BOXES.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER DETAILS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. At that time we work to reprocess your shipment.

REFUND DETAILS

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Only Raw Beauty does not offer refunds nor cancellations. Please ensure your order is verified before placing your order. Please note all Only Raw Beauty items are nonrefundable. In the event an item becomes out of stock after you’ve placed your order you will be refunded for the missing items within your order. If you choose to cancel your entire order while your order is still processing and it is within 24 hours from the purchase date  we will make an exception and allow a cancellation. Please note you’ll be charged a 10% fee cancellation.

EXCHANGE DETAILS

We do not offer exchanges. Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair. Only Raw Beauty reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT & TAX DUTIES DETAILS 

Only Raw Beauty will not be responsible for any international fees that may be due when your order is delivered to you. All import and tax duties are to be paid by the customer. There will be no refund if the customer fails to pay the presented duties. In the event a customer fails to pay the duties the order will be destroyed and no refund will be issued to the customer.
